A weekly cooking class that aligns food, mood and nutrition with the natural rhythm of Our Lunar Cycles- Making sure to Honor each Moon phase in Nature and Ourselves.

Moon Cycle Yoga - $30

These Weekly classes are gentle, intuitive and grounding. Each week reflects the current Moon Phase and rather than and instead of Pushing- I invite You to Soften.

Beginners Yin Yoga - Free

This Adaptive Yoga space is created for Bodies with Limited Mobility. Only Skill Requirement is being able to Get to the Floor and Back Up. Offered Bi Weekly via Zoom.

Sattva Sisters - Free

Monthly Empowerment, Ayurvedic Wellness and Sisterhood. 90 Mins to Pour Into Self with Recipes, Calming Rituals and Teaching. Held around the Full Moon to Allow Us to Fully Tap Into Our Feminine Energy.
