Adaptive Flow Yoga™️ Teacher Training is a 24-week immersive program designed to help you confidently teach yoga to every body. You’ll learn adaptive movement, chair yoga, functional mobility, breathwork, nervous system regulation, trauma-aware teaching, inclusive cueing, and Ayurveda-informed wellness. Through hands-on practice and guided instruction, you’ll graduate with the knowledge and confidence to serve older adults, people with disabilities, individuals managing chronic conditions, and anyone who benefits from a more accessible approach to yoga. Traditional Investment: $3250 (including tax) Adaptive Access50♿️™️: $1625 Each Weeks Commitment: 8-9 hours: 90 min Live Teaching Classes- Think of This as Download Day. (Thursdays 6-8p MST) Learn Yoga Philosophy, Principles and The Sutras. You learn Yoga Anatomy & Physiology, Adaptive concepts, Have Demonstrations, Q & A & Case Studies. We learn 3-4 minutes of new Poses and calling Cues each week. Adding on- by the End of 24weeks - You've built Your 45 min Class from repetition. 2 - hour Live Practice Lab- (Tuesdays-6-8p MST) Now You've had a Few Days over the weekend to Practice, study and become an Hands-on adaptive techniques, Chair yoga instructions, Mobility modifications, Cueing Practice, Teaching each other the Poses of the Week, Feedback from Instructor 3 - hour Self Paced Learning- Reading assignments, anatomy modules, Ayurveda/Nervous system education, Quizzes/ Reflections 1 hour Self Paced Teaching Practice- Practice teaching family, friends, peers or community members. Submit refections and teaching videos. Other Terms and Conditions apply. Enrollment Form Required to determine Course acceptance and Payment. Upon Acceptance- You will Be emailed an Acceptance Letter with Tuition Requirements. Payment Options: 1) Your Complete Bill Up front (whether Adaptive Access or Traditional Tuition), 2) The Payment Plan for Traditional Tuition or 3) The Adaptive Access50♿️™️ Payment Plan (See Payment breakdown Under Appropriate Payment Plan) Once Deposit is Processed, Your Digital CAFYTT Manual will be emailed to You- No Cancellations Allowed after Digital Media is delivered. Cancellation Policy
Client Policies, Scheduling & Cancellation Agreements Ayurvedic Appointment Preparation 1) Ayurvedic Health Counseling is a personalized, time-intensive service. Significant preparation, review, and planning occurs before any of your sessions, including assessment analysis, lifestyle mapping, and individualized recommendations which begins as soon as your initial paperwork is received. 2) General Ayurvedic Classes are recorded and available to you for 30 days via Zoom. 3) Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Appointments, Group or Private Yoga, Cooking, Grocery Shopping, Webinars, etc must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee. Missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling. 4) Digital Refund Policy No refunds are issued after Digital Materials are emailed Out. Digital products, written recommendations, PDFs, and guides are non-refundable once delivered. All printed material is protected by copywriter infringement for intellectual property rights. Refunds are not provided for missed appointments or late cancellations. 5) Late Arrival Policy Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions and are not eligible for partial refunds. 6) Practitioner Cancellation In the rare event that I must cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be offered: a full reschedule or a full refund for that specific session. 7) Agreement By booking an appointment or purchasing a package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
