When I first deveolped the Sattva Sisters Community (est. 2019), I was skeptical. Could an online group really provide the kind of deep connection and healing I was craving? But as the Ladies signed in, I realized this was no ordinary community. It’s a sisterhood built on trust, empathy, and shared growth.


The community is a blend of ancient Ayurvedic wisdom and modern holistic practices, designed to help women like us navigate the overwhelm and disconnection many of us feel. Whether you’re struggling with stress, hormonal imbalances, or just a general sense of being “off,” the Sattva Sisters offer tools, support, and a safe space to heal.


What I love most is the authenticity. No judgment, no pressure- just real women sharing their stories, their struggles, and their triumphs. It’s like having a circle of wise friends who genuinely want to see you thrive.

Starting the Sattva Sisters Community felt like coming home to a place I didn’t even know I was missing. The warmth and kindness that radiate from every interaction are palpable. It’s a place where vulnerability is met with compassion, and where every woman’s journey is honored.

I took 2 Years off while studying Ayurveda & My Soul Ached for That Monthly Love, Support and Celebrating.

I've Returned to those Monthly Doses of Love from these Amazing Ladies and I Instantly Felt the Difference in My Core.

    Choose fresh, wholesome foods that nourish your body and mind. Think vibrant fruits, leafy greens, and warm herbal teas. Avoid processed or overly spicy foods that can disturb your inner calm.


  2. Daily Meditation

    Even five minutes of quiet meditation can clear mental clutter and invite peace. I like to focus on my breath or a gentle mantra to center myself.


  3. Nature Connection

    Spending time outdoors, whether it’s a walk in the park or sitting by a tree, helps me feel grounded and connected to the earth’s natural rhythms.


  4. Gentle Movement

    Yoga, tai chi, or simple stretching can harmonize your energy and release tension.

  • Warm Welcomes and Introductions

From day one, you’ll be greeted with open arms. The community leaders and members take time to get to know you and your unique story.


  • Regular Live Sessions

These include guided meditations, Ayurvedic teachings, and Free Reiki 1 course, Heart to Heart healing circles. They’re interactive and deeply nurturing.

You can just observe if You choose but I believe All of Us are like a Unique Spice, We'd Love your View, Your Experiences, Your Voice to be Included.

Discover articles, recipes, and self-care rituals that you can explore at your leisure.

Before each session, a complete PDF of the minutes is sent to the email address you registered with. You can add the Your personal notes as the session progresses, feeling free to ask questions at any time Beloved. I hold Safe Space.


  • Private Discussion Forums

Share your experiences, ask questions, and receive support in a safe, confidential space. I am a Certified Trauma and Shame Informed Professional.


  • Monthly Challenges

Fun, gentle challenges that encourage you to try new wellness habits and celebrate your progress. New Habits form 21 days at a time, We Honor Taking Our Time over here.
