Cancellation Policy

Client Policies, Scheduling & Cancellation Agreements 1) Appointment Preparation Ayurvedic Health Counseling is a personalized, time-intensive service. Significant preparation, review, and planning occurs before any of your sessions, including assessment analysis, lifestyle mapping, and individualized recommendations which begins as soon as your initial paperwork is received. General Ayurvedic Classes are recorded and available to you for 30 days via Zoom. 2) Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Appointments, Classes, Webinars, etc must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee. Missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling. 3) Package & Program Policies All packages, programs, and multi-session offerings are non-refundable once the paperwork has been received by the Practitioner. This is due to the customized planning, written recommendations, and energetic preparation completed before your initial session and any follow-up appointments. Packages must be used within the stated time frame outlined at booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 4) Refund Policy No refunds are issued after initial paperwork has been received, including for packages or programs. Digital products, written recommendations, PDFs, and guides are non-refundable once delivered. All printed material is protected by copywriter infringement for intellectual property rights. Refunds are not provided for missed appointments or late cancellations. 5) Late Arrival Policy Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions and are not eligible for partial refunds. 6) Practitioner Cancellation In the rare event that I must cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be offered: a full reschedule or a full refund for that specific session. 7) Agreement By booking an appointment or purchasing a package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
